Our vineyards dressed in white

Our estate’s privately owned vineyards were dressed in white and in the photos below we can see the white grape varieties Assyrtiko, Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc.

Under this “white blanket” that is created, the underground is enriched with water, the soil is protected, and retains its moisture, while the vines are resting, gathering strength for spring. The low temperatures contribute to the natural sanitation of the vineyard, enhancing the sustainability and balance of the ecosystem.
